Need another reason to be a bit in love with Design Within Reach? How about their level of customer service? After our visit to the grand opening of their Toronto store, not only did we get a personal email this week from the woman we spoke to telling us that my beloved Nelson Saucer pendant lamp was going on sale this week BUT today in the mail I got a $100 gift certificate and a handwritten note! All for just showing up at the opening! What's next? An invitation to dinner at her home? Granted you have to spend $1000 to use the certificate but that's not necessarily out of the question.
