This is the saddest/most touching website I've seen in awhile. Joanna posted this story today about Phillip Toledano and the project he's created to document his attempt to make his father's last days as happy as possible. As a daddy's girl, this breaks my heart and I would probably do the same thing if it meant he'd be happy. Below is the story of the website Days With My Father.
