Our lovely Ottawa friends Sean and Leah got us this great little gift of a Mole package from Chili Chili's which is a great little spicy food shop in Ottawa. Mole is tons of yummy but seriously, who has the time to make it what with all it's 25+ ingredients right? This great little package comes with an assortment of roasted peppers, package of all necessary instructions, a wee square of chocolate and a couple of recipes. Now we can have mole at a moment's notice!
