Saw this Summer Lasagna over at Framed and it's going on my "to try" list for sure! Especially on one of those nights when it's so hot the thought of cooking makes you want to cry? This lasagna requires no baking! And nothing is better in the summer than fresh tomatoes and zucchini with a little fresh ricotta thrown into the mix.
